Course objectives

  • Navigate the full analytics hierarchy — from the tenant dashboard across all applications, down through a single application's engagement, adoption, and content — and know which level answers which question.
  • Interpret the key metrics and scores at each level, reading them on their own terms rather than expecting the same numbers everywhere.
  • Diagnose where digital adoption is breaking down — which application, which process, which step, or which piece of content — using the drill-down and the AI insights.
  • Act on what the analytics show, using the AI's recommendations to decide what guidance to build or fix, closing the loop from measuring adoption to improving it.
